Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


3. Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sacricketshop@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider
